Q1: What’s the ordering process?

Communication is done through WhatsApp or Email. Payments will be processed through Wise, PayPal or Upwork. You can WhatsApp me to discuss more options in detail. We can decide the one which is suitable for both of us to eliminate trust issues.

Q2. What do I need to provide to get high converting video ads?

• Product Link
• Logo (Optional)
• Website URL (Optional)
• Raw Video Content (Optional)

If you have raw video content, you can share that. Otherwise just product link required. I will make videos using the video content available online.

Q3: How you deliver videos?

Once videos are are ready, I deliver through email or Google Drive link so that video quality is not compromised when sending.

Q4: Do you offer revisions?

Yes! I offer revisions free of cost until you are satisfied. But if it’s out of the requirements or scope of the work, then it will be considered as extra work and extra charges may apply.

Q5: What are the dimensions of video ads you deliver?

• Facebook/Instagram: 1080 x 1080 (1:1)
• Tiktok: 1080 x 1920 (9:16)

Q6: What if I want refund?

If the video doesn’t meet your requirements or you are not satisfied with the work. You can ask for refund.
